​Welcome to your grief journey. I am a wife and mother of three little boys. My journey started in 2021 when a dear friend of mine, only 19 years old, was hit by a car when crossing the street. The impact of that one event compounded on top of the many other losses I had experienced.

 

After six months of not "bouncing back" to my joyful, carefree self I realized I needed help. I was at a cross road. This is when I found Grief Recovery. I was shocked at the impact it had on me. Two years later I decided to become a Grief Recovery Specialist to help others experience the freedom I have found. Loss is the one thing that is certain in this life and one of the biggest things that no one talks about. Grief Recovery is a place you can talk about it and find freedom.
